Question about Fromage Frais

I used to love making tuna pasta bake using batchelors condensed mushroom soup.
I would normally make my tuna pasta bake by mixing cooked pasta, a can of tuna, cooked onions, mushrooms, garlic & herbs & a can of condensed soup.Then bake in the oven for 20-30mins.

I found a recipe for a white sauce on the sw website that uses fromage frais. Would i be able to bake the fromage frais mix or would it curdle?

The recipe is just onions, mushrooms, herbs, garlic, veggie stock & fromage frais.

My sister makes her famous (well, famous in our family anyway!) pasta bake with quark. Roasted mixed vegetables, fusili pasta, quark, seasoning, cheese on the top, baked in the oven. It is lovely. No reason why you couldn't add tuna. And sometimes she adds some Boursin Light.
