Question about Water...

    Hiya Guys,

    Well, I've been back on the wagon today -- miraculously I STS this week (when I thought I'd put on 5lb it was evening, by the morning most of it had gone again so I'm assuming it was water retention from nibbling!).

    Anyway, just a quickie about water. I'm drinking just over 2 litres of the stuff a day. My ketostix never reads dark purple, but I'm a bit worried I'm not drinking enough?

    Will increasing water make me have a more rapid weightloss, or do think everything is ok?

    I read one of the sticky posts today by icemoose (I think) about why you should drink water, it was really informative. Its one of the stickys on this forum. I really recommend reading it. It made me glug away.
