Question for CDC

    120g of chicken or turkey breast without skin

    Is this raw weight, or cooked weight?

    I have been measuring it after cooking and it just seems a heck of a lot of meat to me. Was wondering if it is heavier when raw and that's where I have been going wrong?

    Ah, that makes sense. A lot of sense. Good thing I never actually ate 120 grams worth, always under 100g.
