Question from a newbie??

I I am now on day 3, feeling more positive that I can stick to the plan so I have just ordered a months worth of stuff!!

My question is, last night my hubby cooked me some mushrooms and chicken, but he put 2 medium chicken breasts on my plate as he did not realise and I was so ravenous I ate both! Will this effect me going into ketosis?

Hey im abit of a newbie myself, as theres no carbs in chicken i wouldnt imagine so! its the same concept with the atkins diet isnt it? just stick to the plan 100% of the week and you should be ok, its the sugar in food that brings you out of ketosis and citric acid ( i think) good luck! im on day 3 too!
 
If it was just cooked chicken... it should affect you going into ketosis!!! Its just protein!!!

It was just cooked in the oven, no oils or anything. Ah well that's good! Over half way through day 3, can't wait till I am in ketosis properly!!!
