Question re weightloss!

    Hi all!

    I've got a question! I'm following 'normal' pp plan, first week I lost 4lbs, yet this week despite being 100% and pointing everything I stayed the same! :( v frustrating as I've got a lot to lose, about 5stone!!!

    Rahhhhh trying not to get disheartened! But feel like a big fat flump!!

    Realised never asked a question!!!

    Lol!!! ......... Do you think if I persevere it'll show next week?

    I've got hypothyroidism (although controlled)

    Yes you have to persevere, It's not a quick fix and you will have up and down weeks but the sure thing is if you give up the weight will not come off. So keep trying, drink lots of water and stay positive x
