Question regarding weekends away and being on plan

As the title suggests, I am going away to Blackpool with my fiance at the end of sept. We are only going thur-fri so not bad at all, but on thurs we are leaving at 5am!!! :cry:
I was just asking really is it possible to still stay on track do you think?
Cus heres the plan for our time away:

Arrive at black pool for 10am ish (Yup takes 5 hours from the south... ouch)

Indoor Waterpark in morning, then go to the zoo and have lunch there i expect.

Check in at our hotel, dinner later on about 6 and prob explore a bit.

Wake up next day check out of hotel and spend few hours on pleasure beach (fiance doing the rides, me watching lol) and go home and aim to get home for 7pm ish.

So i was thinking this as my plan of action to try and stay on track.

Breakfast at 09.00 in the car- Shake
Lunch - Bar at the zoo.
Dinner at restaurant- chicken salad?

Any thoughts would be much much appreciated! Sorry for rambling! I seem to have a habit of doing that! :D

of course its possible..... as you will of been on plan for a few weeks you will not want to ruin it..... i would say have 3 products and your meal so you get adquate nutrition and so you dont over eat :)

Remember to you have choice, so choose u!

I just came back from 4 days away, it was hard, but I stayed on track and lost 1lb! I dont think I stayed in ketosis, but am back on it today.
I had 2 slim fasts....I did order some Atkins shakes from boots but they didnt turn up in time.....they are lower in carbs. and in the evenings I had a small grilled chicken breast with green salad, and turkey and veggies....both tiny portions.
Sure you can do it!

Im going to throw up a different point of view

I would go off plan but thats just me, but you have to accept that you will gain and it will take you twice as long to get back to where you were when you went away

I dont think I stay in ketosis all that much , but I dont worry about it

I started 5 weeks ago , first week I lost 12lb second week I lost 2lb 3rd week I sts 4th week I went to wales with friends for 6 days and I ate whatever I liked all week and put on 3lb , to me it was totally worth it , Ive been back 10 days and although Ive struggled to get back on it completely ive lost 5lb in those 10 days

Its entirely up to you but when I go away I go off plan , its up to you to decide if you can cope with a gain

Hope it helps , as you can tell Im not a 100%er but its working for me
