questions about rc

Silver Member
Hello, I am kind of doing sw but end up cheating on it as I love my chocolate. I have a few questions and would be greatful if someone can answer please.
We are hoping to conceive soon can I do rc?
I'm 5ft 3 and weigh 10.5 pounds. I want to lose half a stone. I do exercise twice a week - how many calories would I be able to have ?
We have foods like paella a few times a week. Would I have to. Weigh it all first ?
Thanks in advance x

Hi there, Welcome to be boards.

Dont think i can help much, but thought I would reply anyway.

Regarding the conceiving, I can only suggest speaking to your doctor or Local Rosemary Conley consultant - Sorry no help.

Regarding the calories, it depends what diet you are doing, if its a book it should tell you in there, if going to class, the consultant will let you know. When you start you will be put on 1200 cals for the first two weeks, not achocl and now high fat. next two weeks is 1400 cals if you can go that high.

Might be worth looking at the caloire counting page on minimins as there is a way to caluclate it but as i dont know how ti link pages i cant link it sorry.

Hope this has helped in some way. Sorry if not.

It's simple honestly, just different plans to follow of you want, it you just want to count calories that what I'm doing

According to the inch loss book:

Women, 10.5 stone, aged 19-29 1477 kcals a day: aged 30 -59 1389 kcals a day

There is no height allowance mentioned in the chart, which seems odd to me.

This is the recommended calories for healthy weight loss after finishing the 28 day 'lose a stone in a month' plan. On that everyone, male or female, follows 1200 kcals a day for 2 weeks, then 1400 kcals a day for next 2 weeks.
