Heya...Day 11 for me and just wondering a few things.

I read somewhere that doubling packs isnt advisable, is there a reason for this?

Also...is it true you can lose much quicker/more drastically if you just have shakes? My box is depleting and i think this will be me for a bit which is terrifying but I cant afford more at the mo...so was just wondering! And if so..why?

Sometimes, depending on the packs you're doubling up on, it can create a bit of a carb spike that may lead to other cravings. I'm personally not convinced of that, but many others say it can do that - it's a bit like going over on coke zero in that theory I think (I drink too much of that too!). Can't see how or why you would lose quicker on shakes either, perhaps that's come about because these types of food replacement plans started out as just shakes and it's one of those stories that's just come along with it?
