Tuesday 3rd May

  • S.W quiche (left overs from yesterday-counted 1 syn yesterday for batchelors pasta n sauce in quiche)

  • w.w dessert recipe yoghurt (raspberry tart)
*Tea
  • Salad leaves,cucumber,cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, fresh beetroot.

  • Frozen shape zero yoghurt (peach and passionfruit)

  • 3 slices of warburtons wholemeal bread (x2 slices=heB, 1x extra slice =3 syns) (400g loaf).
  • 1x ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (1 syn)

really annoyed at my over eating but just cant help myself :sigh: trying to eat as much super free or free foods as possible..... just super stressed at the mo and a bit fed up :(

2 x ryvitta fruit crunch (6 syns)


gone over syns again ...but at least im counting them i suppose!!

Wednesday 11th may E.E day! :)

Have been really down this last few weeks and after 2 years on slimming world (18 months as a maintainer) I fell off the slimming world wagon :(
I have no idea how much weight i have put on :S but i am back to the gym this afternoon, and going to get weighed by one of the instructers.
Back on slimming world 100% now!!! as I want to be back looking fab for my graduation in december :)
starting with an extra easy day today :) so lots of super free :D

  • Sw quiche (3 eggs, fat free cottage cheese, batchelors cheese leek and ham pasta n sauce=1 syn)
  • brocoli, carrots, cauliflower, peas
  • jersey royal new potatoes

  • Tea (with milk from allowance)
  • Robinsons strawberry and kewi squash (no added sugar).
