quick chicken curry

This was posted by one of the members, copied it yesterday and made it today. Its absolutely gorgeous, will be making again.

Thanks to the person who posted it, I will be doing it quite often. Sorry could put on your posting, couldn't find it again.

cook the chicken (I use Quorn chicken pieces) then add a tin of tomatoes, some curry powder and some LF natural yogurt (quantities according to taste) and veggies if required. Simmer until cooked right through. Simple as that

fry onion and an apple too, that gives it a proper sweet, harsh curry flave! xxx
