Banoffee sundae
Hi all I found this in this week's weight watchers magazine, and have tried and tested it and so have my kids! It's so quick to fix up and tastes soo naughty and for only 4pro points per serving.
Banoffee sundae ingredients:
Serves 4
4 small bananas
100g 0% fat Greek plain yoghurt
2 tbs icing sugar
1 tbs vanilla essence
4 scoops of low fat ice cream
3 tbs of toffee sauce
1 weight watcher caramel wafer bar
get 4 dessert glasses ready, Slice each banana into chunky slices and place them into the bottom of each glass, then place one scoop of low fat ice cream on top of the banana.
Then in a separate bowl mix the yoghurt, vanilla essence and icing sugar together. Once this is mixed place it evenly on top of the ice cream on each dessert.
Once you have done this drizzle the toffee sauce onto each dessert, cut/crush up the caramel bar and sprinkle over the top. And Walla you have a beautiful dessert which tastes looks and keeps you looking lovely.
You could also do this dessert using strawberries instead of banana and strawberry sauce instead of toffee for a strawberry sundae of the same pp value ( will be trying this soon)
Here it is xox
