quick kick start! HELPPP!!

Hi ive totally been off track latey. So im starting again, for sure this time!
Im looking for a quick kick start weight loss to get the ball rolling. So any tips? How much sould you say was possible to loose in a week? 5lbs too much?
 
Monday diary-
Breakfast- alpen
Lunch- salad
Dinner - homemade small lasgne n salad
Snack- orange n an apple
Exercise- half an hr walk + 50 sit ups
 
only just seen this, how have you done this week?
