I think I'd go out of my mind on 3:3! In the book he says they all even out in the end, so it's more to do with what suits you. I like to have every other day a PV day as I love veg!

I do 4 pp and 3 pv, timed around the weekend.

This is mainly because I do most of my socialising and cooking over the weekend, so on a Friday I know I can join my colleagues for a team lunch, go to the shops on Friday night and stock up with veg, and then spend the weekend cooking and use up all the left overs before monday morning!

It really is a case of seeing what fits in with individual lives isn't it? The 4 and 3 sounds good, the weekend is also when I'm out visiting etc so that would be good. I think I'll start that on Monday, thank you :)

And if I do slip up (we are all human!) then it's almost always at the weekend (a glass of wine at a party, a potato 'falling' onto my plate at Sunday lunch....), then I all ready geared up to do a row of PP's on Monday, and it doesn't feel like a drag, or a punishment.

That def makes sense! Thank you, I am still getting used to the 'rules' but after a couple of weeks I'll be flying through it :)

I'm trying PP for 4 and PV for 3 over the weekend as well. Have to say that by today (Wed) I was really wanting veg and broke down and ate 1 cup of broccoli with my lunch (used the excuse I needed extra energy for my exercise class!) That was only veg and I'll be PP perfect tom, so I'll still do PV Fri-Sun... only thing is that I weigh on Mondays as well, so I may need to revisit that as I don't want water weight messing up scales!

One little slip up is ok, that's what I tell myself anyway. s long as you are still losing and feeling good :) I'm going to carry on 1 and 1 till Mon then try the 4 and 3. It sounds like a great idea
