Quick question re tetra's

Morning all

Just a quick question re tetra's, My blender has broken this morning :cry:

I dont have time to get a new one today, If I up my water intake accordingly can I have 2 tetras in one day ? I know its only 1 bar per day but wasnt sure about the tetra's ?

Hi, I have 3 tetras per day, breakfast lunch and dinner. I love them so easy I could not be bothered with blenders etc. They only do banana chocolate and strawberry but they are fine. I have mine cold. I started on Tuesday and lost 8lb today and its only Sunday. OMG I cant believe you lost 11lb in week 1 and your weight loss has been terrific. The chocolate velvet tetras is 143 calories and a 1/3rd of my daily intake. I have 2.5 litres of water + also. They are 20p extra but to me it is worth not messing around in the kitchen for that.

Yip i started off on 3 tetra's a day and now i have 2 a day with a bar so it wil be fine =D
