If you stick with a low carb meal as per AAM, then yes, you are likely to stay in ketosis. If you choose to have a regular meal, then no, you'll come out of it.the choice is yours

Tesco fish fillets and green veg is my best WS 200cal meal, a change from chicken! I cling film seasoned fish and veg, then steam it; that way it's not dry.... Yes you stay in ketosis with a 200cal meal and 3 shakes well I do anyways.
