hiya
hope everyone is enjoying the wedding!
Started WW yesterday and now a bit stuck.....
Scrambled egg made with Water and 2 eggs, ( no oil) a little bit of half fat cheese ( 26g)
Onion and tomato ( 0 pp)
semi skimmed milk (100 g)

My husband i (sounds royal!) shared this, so how do i work out the point value

Plus 2 x weight watcher whole meal bread ( 4 pp)

First off hi and :welcome2:

Onto your question, if you have the info from the back of the packets I could give you proper Pro points values (the calculator is the best invention! ) but these are from the book.

2 Eggs (medium 4pp) (large 6pp)
26g half fat cheddar (40g is 3pp so I'd put this at 2pp - just a guesstimate)
100g semi skimmed milk (142ml is 2pp so I'd leave it at that)

If medium eggs were used the recipe comes to 8pp. Divide it by 2 since shared equals 4pp. Add to that the bread which you had the Pro Points for brings breakfast to 8pp.

If large eggs were used the recipe comes to 10pp. Divide it by 2 since shared equals 5pp. Add to that the bread which you had the Pro Points for brings breakfast to 9pp.
