    :eek:Hi all, sorry if tmi first thing but I've not poo'd since wednesday but not had the 'urge' Today I'm bloated so popped some poop tablets but the scales haven't moved all week, they went down but have now gone up a pound. I know I'll be retaining water and all the poop but will I still be burning the fat off???? I've not cheated and been drinking my 4 ltrs plus green tea?????? xx

    You can get 'fibre 89' from your cambridge councellor. You put a teaspoon of this in your water every morning and night and that should sort you out :) xx
