Quick Quorn Question

If you are talking about the ones with a coating of breading on them then NO, dont think they are allowed. the chicken pieces, mince and beef style pieces are fine.
hiys LJim, I read they arew the same, but not any of the burger products :)

Cool, thanks Tilly. I don't mind about the burgers, I used to eat Quorn products years ago; Mrs Lunar just told me 'no burgers, they stink' lol :D

Just wondering, because it's my littlest's christening on Sunday and my in-laws are lighting the BBQ afterward. So I'm thinking, get a Quorn pseudo-chicken thing, they can cook that on the barby for me, and I'll nick some salad before they dress it and use my own fat-free dressing. Then I can join in :)
i think you mean the plain chicken fillets, i posted about them the other day and they arnt allowed apparently, its just the chicken piecies and the mince, if you look on the ingerdients for the fillets there have more stuff in them.... (which is why they are yummier) :(
yup you could, i personaly like them with a bit of smoked paprika and crushed chillis with salad :) and i know jim i was sad when i found out :( if you try the quorn kebabs let us know how they go...hmm quorn pieces with mushroom mmm :p
balls, ive been having those fillets, although im on 810 are they allowed on that? pound for pound they have less fat and carbs than the pieces as well! (im addicted to checking the nutritioal info on everything ;)
I think on the 810, they shoulnt be a problem because you are eating a few extra carbs and things like lemon and such, so when you look at the nutitional in fo they dont look too bad. You are prob not in ketosis anyway are you? Then i wouldnt worry.
