Quorn again

I'm relatively new to the slimming world plan but thought all quorn things were free.
i had Quorn burgers tonight and have been told i should have synned these on a green day.
The box is...
4x burgers, 200g box, I had 2 burgers.

So upset by this as i hoped i was doing well. :cry:

Also, is there a list anywhere of the syns in quorn please? I dont go to group or do it online so dont have access to the website.

Any help is much appreciated.
