Lemon and pepper escalopes in breadcrumbs are 7.5 syns each! eek!

i was shocked to find out these were 7.5 syns each when most quorn is free or very very low in syns. shame i discovered AFTER i ate it. but to be fair it was really tasty. and they were on offer for a pound in asda! oh well!

Yes, that's where mine came from, bargain for a £1 I thought...oh well, they are now in the freezer and my faithful cottage cheese will have to fill the gap tonight..

they are really tasty! just wait for a day you havn't been too bad and have them anyway!

the other things on offer in asda - the peppered steaks and lamb grills are apparantly free! lamb was a bit wierd but the steak was nice!

Some of the quorn products are really high in syns! One of the burger products by quorn ( dont remember which) are 7 syns each. I now always work out the syns on the slimming world online syn calculator.
