Quorn mini scotch eggs

Hello lovely people

I was just wondering the syn value of quorn mini scotch eggs (they come in a pack of 6)

I know quorn is free and so is egg haha but i guess the breadcrumbs would make this syns

If someone could let me know that would be much appreciated.

how about on a red day taking a hard boiled egg(free) and coating with eatsmart xlf saus(3 syns each on green) dipping in egg and rolling in w'meal breadcrumbs(hxb)?
