Making quorn sausage caserole tonight with mash tatties, but never done it before. Just ad-hoccing a sauce with oxo cube stock, onions, mushrooms etc and slinging it in oven.

Thought it might help with the sausages - but do they fair well cooked this way?

I find quorn sausages go a funny texture when i have done them in a casserole.

I prefer to have this on an original day and use syn free sausage instead, only because they cook alot better in a casserole.
