hi there if anyone could check the syns for quorn southern style strips that would be great as i am currently making them for dinner!

they are frozen if that helps and looking for the syn value of each one please!

MUst say they are very tasty - I had them a while back with sweet and sour sauce and fried rice. Better than a takeaway!
