quorn southern style strips??

Ok, so I'm not sure about having the pizza (posted about it a while ago) so plan has changed to quorn southern style strips but can't find ANY syn info on them!! I've searched here and found a huge list of quorn items but these weren't on the list! Can anyone help me please? xx

Talking all things Quorn - how many syns are the Goats cheese escalope thingys? Cottage Pie? and mini quorn eggs which I love. Can't find them in the book anywhere..

Does any one know?

I don't have a clue on the other things sorry but the quorn cottage pie is 3syns I think, on green for a 300g size and abit more for the 500g size one. If you put 'quorn cottage pie' into the search box you will find out the correct info as like I say I only think its 3 syns,I can't remember. xx
