    My dinner last night:
    Quorn Stir-fry (for those lazy days...)

    2 servings - 7.5 points
    (Though it makes a huuuge amount so, it could be 3 servings at 5 points each!)

    300g quorn frozen chicken pieces
    ASDA stir fry veg (should be in a box, contains mushroom, bean sprouts etc)
    Few tbsps soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 packet (150g) Amoy Straight to Wok medium noodles
    10g sunflower oil
    A big huge wok/pan!

    I weigh the oil in the wok on the scales to make it easy.
    Fry the Quorn pieces and garlic for a few mins until they are starting to brown, then add veg.
    Keep turning everything for a few mins, then add 2tbsps soy sauce and keep turning.
    Break the noodles up a bit, then add to the pan and fry everything for a few more mins.
