Its questions night for me!

Been looking into 790 & 8oz of quorn seems quite a bit so encouraging if I'm still grumpy after tomorrows weigh in. My question though is does it apply to all quorn products?

Also just for confirmation I only need 3 packs on 790 even though I'm over 5ft 8?

Yes with regards to the food packs, 3 only required.

Best to stick to the Quorn mince.

Quorn pieces are okay too:)

TBH check the ingredients list before you buy - if they contain onions, peppers, apple, etc(any food not on 790 list) then leave them alone.
