i LOOOOVE quorn.. always cook with it.. usually use the pieces and the mince.. sometimes cook the pieces, dry fry them in a pan.. add stock.. add tinned veg.. bam.. a lazy girls style casserole.. lol!

I generally just zap the sausages in the microwave, as its just me eating them unless I put them in a bake in the oven.

Although some of the quorn stuff has a syn value I find it easy during the week to be syn free all day then have something like an escalope with savoury rice and sweetcorn etc for tea. The lasagne is nice too, with sw wedges or jacket pot its very filling.

Not all the supermarkets will stock all the products, which is very annoying, but its a case of looking around and making of note of what supermarket stocks what, Ive only found the sweet chilli sausages and pasta bake in my local sda but they don't sell the mini sausage rolls and only Tescos and Sainsburys do!! If you have a Waitrose near you they are usually pretty good at stocking a bigger variety of quorn products.

I recommend making your own meatballs. I made some last night with quorn mince, garlic, onion, eggs and fry light spray. They were gorgeous! I'm sure i saw the recipe for Spaghetti and Meatballs on here earlier x

I tried the Tesco's own brand meatfree lincolnshire sausages, 6 pack, frozen, they are free & really nice, their meatfree mince is only 4.5 syns for the whole bag & is about half the price of the quorn mince but just over double the size
