Thanks :) I used to run every day but I haven't in years, am a bit nervous but so determined.

Rachels thread made me think about it actually I did the race for life 2 years ago after my nanna died of cancer but I walked it, I really want to run it this time.

so long as you take it steady while you're on absitinance I'm sure you'll be ok. Remember, you won't have as much energy as when you used to run.
