brilliant! :D so of course i then took that as a sign to ramble on at them.. i think they regretted the comment pretty soon after! LOL :D
 
Seems like you've had a very eventful morning:eek:. Wow is it that cold up there, 5tshirts, and here I though it was really cold in London. Hope the snow stays out of London:rolleyes:
 
Least you're not working outdoors :rolleyes: Well, I wasn't today, but ssssh. I was herding cows yesterday and it was mother flippin' freezing!

It's nice when people notice/comment on your weight loss...and even better when you notice it yourself! :D Hope you're smiley this evening! xxxx

So much to catch up with! LOL.

Oooh i hadnt ever tried Quorn either til my cousin made a lasagne with Quorn mince last Saturday - it was yummy!

Did i say well done on the loss? if not - well done! If i did - well done again!!

I tried hard not to laugh at you falling down the bank but i'm sorry! Thats so the kind of thing i will do!!!!

I can envisage me falling over when it snows here - i have to walk down a slope from the car park here lol. I've only just gained my confidence back from when i fell over on that slope in the summer and ended up on crutches!:(

quick update for today:

I'm cold :( i'm not dressed, and I'm not ready.. and my mini's addiction has just taken 1.5hrs from my getting ready time - i have half an hour to be ready and away.. oops!

food for today:

B - two slices hovis little loaf bread (2) marmite (0)
S - advent calendar choc! :D (0.5)

cant find my camera charger wire :( its nowhere to be seen, but will get sis to take pic of me in dress on her phone as shes facebook happy with her pictures :)

do not fear :D i made it home early! (Just for M's WI :D haha!)

well, was pretty impressed with myself yesterday - after alcohol I had 13pts to play with at the buffet.. so yesterday foodwise I had:

B - 3 slices hovis (little loaf) wheatgerm (2.5) and marmite (0)
L - carrot and ginger soup (0) and 2 more slices of bread (1.5)
T - 1/3 sainsburys basics 2-person meat lasagne (3.5)
S - advent choc (0.5) 5 single vodka and diet coke (5) one diet coke (0)

then at the buffet I had a tuna mayo sandwich quarter, a cheese and pickle sandwich quarter, a breaded chicken goujon, a breaded fish goujon, and a sliver of chocolate cake.. and by sliver i mean 1inch x 1inch x 2inches (which in my eyes is a tiiiiiiiiiny sliver of cake :p)

so was pretty pleased with myself as i saved 4 points yesterday and 4 the day before and also earned 3AP one day. Going to save 4 again today in aid of tomorrow too.

Couldnt find my camera charger so i couldnt take my camera :( however my sister took some pictures on her phone - bugging her to facebook them for me now :)

foodwise today:

B - 1pkt quavers (1.5)
L - carrot and ginger soup (0) 3 pumpkin ryvitas (2)
T -
S - advent choc (0.5)

so 18points to play with :) x
 
OOOoooh welcome back and I'm so pleased that you coped so well at the buffet and am grateful that your food list showed me that the remaining 1.5 points I have today could buy me 3 drinks which I will organise for later. You are such a splendid cyber friend especially getting back for my WI.

Looking forward to the pics.

1.5pts for 3 drinks? what drinks are those M? if you're on about vodka diet coke its 1pt per single? So 3pts for 3?? If you like malibu though, can have two of those for 1.5 :D
