Okay so Ive really had enough! Today I was doing so well - I went for a run first thing, then the school run walk and back, walk to nursery and back, then the school one again, eating properly etc.. then I get in, thumping headache thats been hassling me all day and not going despite drinking lots of water and taking a couple of painkillers, and what do I do? Eat an easter egg that was tempting me from the cupboard *blush*

I dont even like flippin nestle and boycott them as a rule but this was one from the m.i.l... so its her fault, right? :p

Back on it tomorrow then I guess! *sigh*

Hadn't written anything in here for a while as I couldnt be bothered... still watching the carbs whilst having the odd slip up. Weighed myself this morning and was 8st 13lb which I was happy with though no doubt the 3 chocolate digestives Ive just eaten will have put paid to that ;)

I hate how eating habits can be so closely linked to emotions - I recognise that if Ive had bad news or Im feeling low I will have something to eat that I prob shouldnt. As a household we dont make a habit of buying things like biscuits etc but today there were some in the cupboard and I had a few. Feeling a bit 'oh stuff it'. Anyway I stopped there and will make sure I eat properly later and keep on the water!
