Raisins?

Can anyone help me? I'm on my phone and can't search threads so very sorry if this is a repetitive question but how many syns are raisins on ee? I assumed they wer free with being a fruit apparently not any help greatly appreciated x

Raisins are 3.5 syns per 25g.

No dried fruit is free, only fresh or frozen.

It's possible because you can so easily consume a huge amount of calories in dried fruit. Weigh out 25g, it's about 70 cals worth!!!

Sultana bran really doesn't contain that many sultanas and is part if a b choice.

There has to be some rules.

And an HEB is your fibre fix, whereas dried fruit contain loads of sugars

Aaaarrgh i've had raisins nearly everyday this week in my porrdige thinking they are free....AH FFS!!! LOL
