Not been logged onto site for ages.:confused: Have been reading some threads though. ;) Still in target but would like to lose a few more lbs before Christmas.:eek:
Yesterday we went to Blackpool and walked about 12 miles although did have a bag of chips and mushy peas so only WI will tell.
Have not been to class since 25th August - long story but things at class have changed.:sigh:
Going back to original class on Tuesday, they have a standby consultant and getting a new one sometime next month so going to see how it goes (if all ok great) and will go to original consultant at new venue about once a month. Confusing.:eek:
Planning my week with varying breakfasts - cereals including porridge.
Home made soups for lunch. EM to include vegetarian moussaka, spaghetti bolognese, eggs, chips and mushy peas.
Looking forward to keeping up with all news on forum and 'chatting' again.
