    Ive decided im going to give myself 35 syns and 35 flexi syns each week :) then i can still have treats :)

    Green day
    Breakfast
    egg bun hexb x 2, ketchup 2 syns
    mushrooms

    Lunch
    Lakins salad 5 syns

    Dinner
    sw chips, quorn nuggets x 9 4.5 syns, beans ketchup 2 syns


    Flexible syns
    - 23.5 for icecream - 8.5 for food 3 remaining
    Total 8.5 syns

    30 mins on the crosstrainer
    10 mins on the stepper
    10 mins on the rower
    10 mins on the excersise bike
    3 sets of 5 arm weights
    3 sets of leg stretches

    Think I'll get up slightly earlier tomorrow morning and make something similar to fit with my Extra Easy plan :)

    veggie bun hexb mayo and bbq 3 syns

    sunbites 7 syns

    Dinner
    quorn sausages 4 syns, mash philly light hexa, peas

    flexible syns used 3 :( total 11 syns (no syns allowed now)

    10 mins on the rower
    28 mins on the excersise bike
    3 sets of chest presses
    3 sets of arm crunches
