    Hi all,

    Its been a long time since i have posted here i started cd last july and crashed out after 3 weeks.
    i know i need to do this even though the thought of not eating depresses me, but there again being fat is depressing so on goes the vicious cycle. So from tomorrow i am looking forward to having an increase in my energy levels and i am looking forward to the land of slimdom.
