Re start tomorrow

    Hello
    I did CD last year and lost 4 stone, then went on holiday, and didn't return :cry:
    I am now back, with my tail between my legs and setting myself small goals and not even thinking about the over all amount of weight I need to shift. SO targets below, and I will be updating when I reach them.:D

    god im so rubbish.
    i have started today, but it did cross my mind to have some pesto pasta for lunch and start tomorrow. BUT I RESIST.
    I'll be ok when I've got going, its just the first few days that are a mare. Not really because of hunger, mainly boredom and 'oh i should just do it tomorrow'

    I have also been looking up cake recipes all morning, because im making one for my brothers birthday at the end of the week (practice run) and then my little lads birthday in june. I WILL make these cakes and a WON'T be eating any.
