Re starting again tomorrow wish me luck

S above says I'm restarting tomorrow. Really want to keep up with this diet cos its so easy but so repetitive. I must do this I must. So please wish me luck. And share your tips on not picking at food because that's my downfall as us trying to fit in a shake whilst on days out cos that's when I reach for real food. Any advice would be fab xx

The first week is hardest
If you get through that you'll not want to eat
Take it hour by hour
Drink loads of water
Avoid all food

Hi Ladybug, I re-started lasy night and so need some luck too! we can do it, I almost burst into tears when I saw how much i weighed, I thought I was at least a stone less...... however, moving on is the most important thing, this is the best site ever for motivation!
