Thanks ladies.

I thought I would have woken up ravenous but I haven't which is good. Scales are not down as much as I thought they would be, but I am not going to worry too much about that as I have read about others who have lost inches and not always weight.

So normal food day today - aiming for between 1800-2000 calories :)

Hi Rach, I am also doing this although I am doing 4:3 (Up Day Down Day) 13 pounds off in 4 weeks so far. The fast days aren't bad at all and get easier as you go along. The JUDDD forum is quite good :)

WI after a diet day, is always good but WI after the 2nd DD is better :) so if your doing Mon and Fri you WI on Sat morning :)

I'm doing a modified diet day every other day.. :) a bit like JUDD but with higher kcals ..

I was thinking of doing Tuesday and Friday as dd!! So I should weigh in Saturday then? !

Will have to go over to the judd forum and have a look. Not much on here about 5:2.

Since I re-started just over 2 weeks ago I've lost 1.7kg and hoping for a small loss this week too :)
