Hi all, Tries to do RC while back but I think I wasn't ready in my head. Now, I've been doing a few weeks of a type of meal replacement diet (it equaled 1200-1400 cals a day) so I thought I may as well eat proper food for this! So although I have loads of my meal replacement stuff left over I'm jumping back on RC. Tomorrow's plan : 15 min dog walk at 645am Breakfast of porridge and blueberries at 9am Lunch of warburton pitta bread filled with salad and ham with a small side salad Dinner- having a we ready meal for ease along with lots of veggies. Will be snacking on Fruit. Will weigh in, in the morning. Lets do this!
