Ready for another go

    Hi all,

    Tries to do RC while back but I think I wasn't ready in my head. Now, I've been doing a few weeks of a type of meal replacement diet (it equaled 1200-1400 cals a day) so I thought I may as well eat proper food for this! So although I have loads of my meal replacement stuff left over I'm jumping back on RC.
    Tomorrow's plan :
    15 min dog walk at 645am
    Breakfast of porridge and blueberries at 9am
    Lunch of warburton pitta bread filled with salad and ham with a small side salad
    Dinner- having a we ready meal for ease along with lots of veggies. Will be snacking on
    Fruit.
    Will weigh in, in the morning. Lets do this!

    if you've been sticking to 1200-1400 on a meal replacement then im sure you'll be fine on this

    Hiya, hope it's going well. I'm on a restart too, so far lost 16lbs in 5 weeks :) let us know how you're getting along.

    Thanks! Off to my mum tonight for big family meal. We were in SW together (she still goes, tiny and very fit) so I know I'll be ok veg etc but wine and portion size is already on mind! I want to go and not drink but that would be so unusual don't know if I can cope with the 'why not?!' Hubby hardly drinks so can't get him to drink and me drive (tried already). Not told mum I'm doing RC instead..... Don't know why.. Anyway, I'm gonna go, not drink and pile veg on plate. Lets see if posting will fix my resolve! Hope you have had a good few days. ?
