Extra Easy Ready-made Soups and Syns?

Hi

Having read Trolley Talk (page 77) of the Jan/Feb SW magazine, I thought that I would buy some of the Tesco Finest ready made soup.

How do I log them in my food diary? Is there somewhere where I can find the Syn value?

I'm looking at:

Tesco Finest Moroccan Chicken Soup 600G
Tesco Finest Sri Lankan Chicken Soup 600G
Tesco Finest Butter Bean And Catalan ChorizoSoup 600G
Tesco Finest Chicken Chardonnay Wine AndTarragon Soup 600G
Tesco Finest Red Thai Chicken Soup 600G

Oh how I wish that every product had SW information on them!

Shop bought soups are pretty high syn unless you can count them as a healthy extra. There's no free food allowance so 1 syn per 20 calories will work, or you can look up the syns on syns online

For instance the Butterbean and chorizo is 18 syns sorry. Best you make your own really :-(

WOW - that was a jaw-dropping moment there. Looks like I'm going to be making lots of soup from now on!
