Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to make you all aware I had a DELICIOUS lunch yesterday which I took to work with me. It filled me up and it was virtually syn free.

Asda wholemeal pitta bread (HEX B)
Quorn quarterpounder burger
Boiled egg, sliced
Sliced tomato
Tbso reduced fat salad cream 1.5 syns
black pepper

It was delicious and really filling, perfect for taking to work!

As I understand it, you can have this on a green or red day??

Did a search on the Syns online and this is what came up:
Asda Wholemeal Pitta Bread, 6 pack 55g each

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]
6½ Syns on Extra Easy
Original 6½ Syns
Green 6½ Syns

Also just looked in the thread below about what to fill your pita with and it seems that it is part of a HEXB, but not sure if this is on all plans?

"It's only Asda wholemeal ones that you can use as a HEb.

I've just checked this as I have panicked about the wholemeal pitta bread. On the SW online diary, it gives ASDA wholemeal pitta as a HEX B choice on green and red days. I dont think it's been in place all that long, but according to their website you can have it as a HEX.
I am not sure about EE - sorry

Just a word or warning, not all quorn products are free, so just remember to check for syns BEFORE you eat them, its easy to think quorn think free but you would be mistaken.
