:mad:Day 3 I'm really really struggling :cry::cry:I feel so moody I just wanna cry I just feel so bloody hungry ot horrible taste in my mouth:sigh: could I have something little To eat would like a egg or something would I be in ketosis by now do you think ? I'm sat here sobbing dunno if I can take much more sorry for the whinging xxxx

Could I suggest you maybe clean your teeth, have a nice bath and then go to bed? You will get over this but anything you eat will delay the onset of ketosis. I bet you wake up feeling fab tomorrow. Whilst I am just some random that stumbled over your post I did Cambridge for five months a few years ago so I do understand.

just hang in there it will be worth it ... do as mrs b says have a bath and chill its only the first week and the begging of your TOTM other than that you should be fine.... make sure you drink pleanty of water when your felling bad GOOD LUCK...

Thanks will try your ideas but I feel so weak tired headaches mood swings got 3 lil angels to look after just feel hopeless at the mo my belly is just constantly rumbling :cry:Xx

It will pass. Drink plenty water, as Cameron says. Take a painkiller for the headache. You are nearly there. VLCD are hard but the first few days are the worst. Once in ketosis you will feel great.
