Reasons to enjoy doing the Cambridge Diet!

Since doing CD

My skins clear and free from acne and Excema that I've been plagued with for years
I'm no longer aneamic
I've got heaps of energy

The best thing is though people actually notice me and talk to me now

I could go on

Dawn xx

Looking forward to the day I go to bed and my stomach doesn't lie next to me!!

The yummy malt toffee bars!

These are the things among many that I am looking forward to:
Not suffering with cramp at night due to poor circulation!
Not having my thighs rub together when I wear a skirt.
Wearing a skirt that comes to my knees and not my ankles!
Being able to play with my Daughter without getting out of breath.
Not having to worry about going to a friend's house for a barbeque and worrying if their garden furniture will hold my weight!

You can fit into boots and wellies that don`t have WIDER FIT labels on them lol

Thinking that everyone else at work seems to be gaining weight - when in fact it is me who is shrinking:p

Not having to walk past shops because nothing would fit.

Feeling lots more energetic

People who admire my determination for sticking on this diet.

Needing to buy lots of new clothes (and shoes as feet have shrunk too)

the self discipline I now have

wearing clothes in a size that I was years ago

people who haven't seen me for a few months collapsing with shock

Johnny looks twice at you and flirts with you and wants you to have his babies..........

:eek:seriously just to be able to wear cooler clothes in summer without having to wear lots of layers to cover up all the fat bits, I swear I envy those muslin women who have to adorn top to bottom black, also been able to wear skirts without horrible nasty fiction burns on your thighs after 30mins..........thats a biggy.

toffee malt bars nice, you must be drinking something a little stronger than water mikey:D

lovely toffee and walnut shake made hot for breakfast with one tablet sweetener, which btw is my slowest seller out of the shakes but my favourite by far, a lot of people are afraid to try it because they think they won't like it but if you like anything with a maple syrup type taste then this is the one.

I second the malt toffee bars, they are my favourite bar.

Being able to enjoy life without the thought everyone is judging you solely on your behaviours and size.

the ability to turn in bed without huffing and puffing
knowing excess weight wont prevent me being around for my daughter
having ur way to big trousers fall off
being able to look in a mirror without wanting to cry

I've loved reading all these, go Little Mike (said in a way meaning waist)

I love being in control and enjoying chatting with people rather than thinking, what can I eat next.

I love knowing I'm good at this and I can do it.

I love knowing that for the first time ever I'll not get laughed at or shouted at by rude people

I love all the people on here who are sharing my journeyxx

the extra space in my head now that it it isn't full of food obsessions!

Finally getting a grip on my problems

Feeling powerful

great thread!

You can chuck out the "Simply Be" catalogue.

You can wear clothes to GIVE you shape rather than HIDE your shape.

People wish they had a body like yours......whereas you spent most of your life wishing you had a body like someone elses!

What a fantastic thread - it has been really motivational reading this!

Mine would have to be:
Being able to wear normal tights without them rubbing
finding old clothes that you meant to 'slim into' and finding they are too big
Seeing peoples faces when you stick to the diet - jealous b*&£$%s lol
I would also have to 3rd the malt toffee bars they are just yum, as are the orange ones!!! they remind me of jaffa cakes ;-)
keep em coming
