Feel like being sick so drained. Have chilli in half hour or so try and eat somethin.. wahh!

Nhs direct said not to worry and ring doctor. Rang doctor, they said no point seeing me till they have blood tests back

Ugh gonna end up without a job or a boyfriend at this rate!!! Ugg

It did slow down to pantyliner and light tampons. Then this morning no warning just back to full period!!

Grrr annoyed!!

Gym tomorrow no excuses. Can't risk leaking everywhere tonight

Can go in half hour, do tea m just lay down watch Olympics

There are some online forums as well which are quite good..
When I get a chance I may stick some up on my page..

I want to get into weights when I am back from hols, a lady at my work talks about TRX which I think is an elastic thing you attach and do all the moves against your own body weight? it looks good as it is not a lot of kit but it does a lot of different things..
I am all for not cluttering up the house with exercise kit!

I have no upper body strength at all, so I will start light on weights..

BB - Those TRX things look brutal, trainer at the gym uses them..they are mega pricey..and hugee.. sure they do more compact ones for home mind!!

I have some rubbishey resistance bands which I use at home to do lat pull downs (over the door) and bicep curls

I dont think I could go back to doing all that cardio now.. I used to go in and go on the tredmill or cross trainer for the whole session...gah! Much rather be getting sweaty lifting now!!

Upper body strength will increase hun, I could just about curl 2 x7kg dumbells when I started, now I warm up with 20kg, do my working sets. I need to work on my shoulders big time, the back/shoulders are really important when it comes to judging for comps

With legs its more about stripping all the fat off, which is mostly diet and a lot of slow slow cardio... Legs not too bad, but my upper will need a lot of work! Am looking forward to it big time, comp diet & training ...cannot wait :)

Things slowed down a bit on the TOM front, back to every 1hr-1.5 hour change. So thats a bit better.

Eeeek... feel a bit pressuree atm, need to get reading done and crack on, ready for my lectures at Cambridge. Feel a bit fuzzy headed, need to get focused!!

Got some celebrity slim snack bars, 12g carbs, 110cals. Nice enough, anything I can get down atm

Feel a bit rubbishy, stupid hormones. Drinking tea and water. Will ring for blood results in the morning

Trying to arrange meeting my sis, she's working on Olympics so mega busy. She's got her second surgeons appointment coming up soon. Hopefully we both have new boobs for 2013 :)

Hot water bottle ahoy :) bit stuck for space tonight so I'm downstairs. Bit unconmfy but ce la vie LOL

Try and get back in the gym and practice posing tomorow, cheer me up no end

I did bit of a sore back, floor wasn't most comfortable!! Up and ready for work... Doing a full day is a big ask at the moment. Ask to go early each day and hope for the best!!

Got porridge at work. Dosed up for the day.

Hopefully won't have too much trouble today. A friend suggested getting pull ups for bed, bit Embarassin but ill try anything, spending 3 quid a day on towels and tampons getting a bit much

Goodness you have been through too much :( Very inspiring reading your thread. I suffer from heavy periods but do not think they are quite as tough as your ones and mine only last 5/6 days a month. I tried looking for the pajama pants you talked about in your previous post but cant find them online. Please do let us know how they work. I always leak on days/nights 1, 2 and 3 and have to set my alarm 3 times on those nights to wake up and change.
 
Good grief hun, you're certainly going through the mill at the moment.
Really hope your GP gets to the bottom of this because you can't go on like that, it's insane!
I thought I was bad with excruciating cramps for two days out of the month followed by a week long totm
but jeez louise you're in a right state. Don't let it go much further hun without getting referred
to the hospital xx
 
I'll check and post the proper name, I put them out of sight so nobody would spot the bag at work LOL

A lot of us have tom trouble on plan. It is mega annoying but worth it imo!!

On my way home, can't wait to see oh and flop on the bed!

Got a bit more reading to do tonight then should be ready for lecture and workshop
