Thanks hun LOL I'm not googling .. my body is funny at the best of times. Tingling is normal for me. Maybe its just an extension of my migraines

I've moved my work phone to my other side so I don't have to try to use my arm. Just keep getting breaks moving about

4.5lb down since starting refeed a week ago so I'm pleased
