Tempted to just go back on plan. Think Il just keep low carbs on my up days and see how I go. Need to be as light as possible. Don't want to need to loose weight after and ruin them!!

Hopefully Il get a date so I can plan ahead with Xmas and kids. Need to tell them

We've been lazy with kids all afternoon, so training tomorrow instead. Gonna chill with kids, study all night, kip a bit then coffee n early leg workout
