Is there an app for iphone which does something similar to recipe builder? Can't afford on line membership but would find something like this useful

you could use myfitnesspal. Its free as an app and its also online. You can build recipes then once you have built the whole recipe I use the total figures to pop into a weight watcher style app and get me points for it... hope that makes sense...
