    Hi all
My dad has started doing cambridge this week and is having 3 shakes and a meal. he is really wanting to have some sauce with his chicken - he doesnt like salad dressings and would like to make a little bit of curry sauce - has anyone any ideas how he could do this?

How about using one of the soups made into a paste or saucy consistency? Vegetable with some curry powder, or even the spicy tomato, or oriental chilli? The oriental chilli with 'allowed' veg mixed into it is LUSH in my opinion (especially when you've been on Cambridge a while lol). Good luck to your Dad xx

It depends which step he is on. The best way for a more natural curry sauce is using tinned chopped tomatoes, water and curry power.
