The recipes look great, but don't you think there is a lot of fat used in some of them. That would worry me - surely that will add weight?!

I know what you mean mambo! I think I'll definitely lay off the cheesy pizza crusts until I'm at goal, and even then I think I'll have to add a level of calorie counting to my low-carbness... even if you're low carb if you eat 3000 calories a day you will gain weight!

Does anyone have any recommendation for websites where you can calculate the calories for your meal? Something along the lines of a calculator where you can enter type of meat/veg whatever and the grams and it will tell you the approx calories?
