Red Days Red Day Food Ideas

I like to have breakfast, and not just at breakfast time. Dinner on reds is bacon and eggs with toms and mushrooms.
I also love to make a big fish pie with a carott n swede topping.
My slow cooker gets used when I have red weeks more, I throw in chicken thighs, mushrooms, onion, a stock cube, and any other veggies I have lying about and some Thyme and LOADS of garlic, it disintergrate and is lovely.

Steamed chicken with salad, or marinated, or made into fajitas is also a fav.

A typical day would look like this:

Brekkie - Ommelette with cheese (HEA) and mushrooms and ketchup (1 syn)

Snack - Banana and Melon Medley

Snack - crisps - say, French Fries (4.5 syns)

Lunch - Homemade veggie soup syn free

Snack - 3 little oranges and a HIFI bar (HEB)

Evening Meal - Large Chicken Fillets topped with cheese (HEA) and Bacon (fat trimmed off) and served with SW chips (HEB) and Broccoli and Carrots.

Low Cal Hot chocolate for afters (2 syns)

Syns for the day = 7.5 syns.

I mean reading that does it sound 'diety' at all? errrr....NO! x
yeh that sounds good ellebear...Ive tried to start out with a red day but I get a bit lost with planning red days !

I will check out ur food diary to see how u organise it - hopefully ill get better idea
OMG I forgot Chicken Kievs wrapped in bacon and SW KFC!!!
