    Hi

Can someone tell me if the following veg are free on red days: peppers and water chestnuts.

Also, are Tesco tinned mackerel fillets in brine free? and can I have dried noodles as a HexB (if so, what weight?)?

Lol, can you tell i've left my book at home and trying to plan dinner from work?

    Thanks!

Peppers I know are free on red not sure about water chestnuts though - soz. Tinned mackerel fillets in tomato sauce I know is free on a red day but I don't have them in brine so I can't help you there either. This reply not much help to you sorry - maybe shouldn't have bothered!! x

Still helpful Caza! I can't imagine why mackerel fillets in brine wouldn't be free if they are in tomato sauce, and I defo know peppers are free now!)
